Merge two PDF files into one
Do you guys know of any tools that can do this? I don't ...

If you have the non-PDF source documents available, pdfFactory - which I wholeheartedly recommend - will do the job:

pdfsam works good for me - if you have java installed, and can then be used in Windows or Linux.
