Hello,
we put Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server. Here we have two tasks that can not stop. Both remain on stand waiting. Thus, we can not delete the task. Who can help? |

Hello badrappenau,
Thank you for using Acronis Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products. In order to investigate the issue please provide the last log files created as well as windows sysinfo and submit technical request using this link http://www.acronis.com/support/ Log files: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\DatabaseBackup\Logs Sysinfo: - Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information; - Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)"; - Send us the saved file. Best regards, -- Dmitry Nikolaev
