Looks like I am getting to a semi-related issue now.
- HP Laptop - Running Windows 7 x64 from HP upgrade - 1 profile - set as admin with access all across the board - Never uninstalled ESET SS and firewall, antivirus seems to work The only issue I have is when I attempt to open a DVD by double-clicking on the drive in Windows Explorer. The DVD plays fine when inserted via auto-play, just not if I manually try to access the drive. The error I receive indicates that I do not have the correct permission level to access the drive. This issue does not appear occur when opening data discs (tested with CDs) or music CDs. Any ideas? |

Hello,
Which version of ESET Smart Security are you running on your Hewlett-Packard notebook computer that was upgraded to Microsoft Windows 7 from a previous version of Windows? Regards, Aryeh Goretsky
