Default Kerio 4 firewall

I am running Kerio 4 firewall and I don't know if this is the problem but I cannot recieve Microsoft Windows updates. Before I installed this firewall I never used to have a problem. I have tried to configure it to accept but its not happening. Help!!!

Your talking about the automatic windows update right... that does it all for you ?

An alternative is to go to the website it self
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

Check this step
1 - right click on my computer
2 - properties
3 - windows update tab
4 - check to see if it's disable

If it's not then verfy by deactivating your firewall ( close the program ) and check it out.
