Computer crime is all about money and power. No surprise that the country with the most of each is also the leader in cyber activities intended to get more of both. No lower than 3rd in any category. After reading all those warning about overseas hackers and the Russian mobs involvement in cybercrime, it seems that the majority of the problem is much closer to home.

That's an interesting article.
The top two aren't a surprise.
I can see why high speed internet plays a role also.
