Default Are These False Positives?

I ran a full system scan with ESS 4.0.437.0. It showed that two files were cleaned.........

Adobe\Shockwave 11\gt.exe
http//enjnzdfmtfs.cn\f0.pdf

Reason was probable trojan. I couldn't find anything about the pdf. Are both of these false positives?
