Default try&decide error (can't start try&decide)

Dear Acronis, I have loaded True Image Home 2009 on a new dell vostro 1510 pc with XPpro SP3.

Everything seems to load ok but I cannot launch try&decide (T&D). I get an error ~ "can't start T&D". This happens with build 9646&9796. My secure zone is created on the C: primary OS partition. I have tried deleting and re-creating SZ at diff levels of install (Full/Typical). 9646 worked once after a typical install but failed to load T&D after that.
Any suggestions?

Default Re: exact errror "Failed to start Try&Decide"

Check in Services.msc that the T&D Service is set to automatic and running.
