Default Email Notification Question

Hi everyone,

Presently evaluating NOD32 4.0.417.0 on Windows 2003 R2 32 bit, and have setup email alert notifications with a “Minimum verbosity for notifications” of “Errors”. However, I keep getting the same emails as below:-

6/17/2009 21:23:03 PM - During execution of Update on the computer DC1, the following warning occurred:

Format of event message is:-

%TimeStamp% - During execution of %ProgramName% on the computer %ComputerName%, the following warning occurred: %ErrorDescription%

Seems like %ErrorDescription% is being omitted from the emails.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Default Re: Email Notification Question

Does this happen with version 4.0.437? We have made changes to 4.0.437 to better handle email clients.

Cheers,

SamSa

Hi ghines,

Is there an actual error listed in the event log at that time?
