Default how to exclude a program from eset

im trying to exclude this program called esea client from nod32 , how do i do so? ive tried looking through the options but no luck

Press F5 and navigate to Antivirus and antispyware -> Exclusions.

i added it still detects it as a trojan , ive tried unistallting esea client and now it wont even let me download it , @ 99% it detects it as a virus

Excluding the file must work, I don't recall any problems with excluding files in v3/v4. As for downloading the file, disable web protection temporarily until the file is downloaded. I'd suggest sending it to samples[at]eset.com with "False positive" in the subject and as much information about it as possible (e.g. the url to download the file, the version number being incorrectly reported, the purpose of the application, etc.)
