Neither EAV tells you that it's a virus. It's packed with Themida, a file protector mostly exploited by malware to evade detection by AV programs. Firstly, it's detected as a potentially unwanted application which means that you must have agreed with detection of PUA that encompass highly suspicious packers. Secondly, PUA are reported in a yellow notification window instead of a red alert window and you're prompted for an action. Plus there's an option to permanently exclude the file from scanning in advanced options of the notification window.
