Default Socks Question

Greetings Since i am on a stand alone machine and do not use proxies should i write a rule to block socks ( more security ). Or is it best to leave the OP default configuration as is?

Default Re:Socks Question

Hi Rainwalker

Do any of your existing rules allow it?
If not, make sure the firewall is configured to block unsolicited inbounds and deny/prompt if something tries to go out on that service. A block rule should not be necessary then, but could still be used.

Regards,

CrazyM
