I purchased the full retail copy ($49) from Amazon and have entered my full serial number and I cannot clone disks (the main reason I bought this silly $%#@$%^ program). If I try to use the bootimage CD to make a clone , it says I only have the trial version and that action (cloning) is not permitted. If I try to do a clone from within Vista, I get an error message.
Could someone kindly direct me to the the proper email help support from some Acronis tech staff. I cant seem to find it and when I go to their page, my only option seems to be to look up help suggestions for Acronis TIH 9, which I owned like three years ago. Thanks - Jay |

I believe you have to register the product on their web site and create an account to submit tech support questions.

If you made the bootable CD from the retail purchase, then it should not say you have the Trial version. So register your purchase on the Acronis site and then try their Live Chat feature.

Hello jayhall0315,
Thank you for using Acronis True Image Home 2009 Can you please clarify the error message? Make sure you have uninstalled the trial version before installing the full version. In order to receive free minor updates and technical support, please do the following to register your product: 1. Choose "Product registration" here 2. Enter your serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field. 3. Your product will become registered and you will get an access to the latest build at "Product updates". Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download. Best regards, -- Dmitry Nikolaev
