Default error 502 File record corrupted

I run into this error every time I try to run True image 2009 backup.

<event code="502" id="13" level="4" message="Operation with partition &quot;4-0&quot; was terminated. Details: &lt;indent>File record corrupted (0x70019) Tag = 0xEF8B1618A4C0DD9E&lt;/indent>" module="1" time="1242745275" />
<event code="5" id="14" level="4" message="Operation has completed with errors." module="100" time="1242745275" />

Hello Styks,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

The file system of the source partition may be corrupted. Could you please check the disks for errors?

- Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
- Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"
where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that
checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.

If this doesn't help, please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and attach to your post.

This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.
