I use ESET SysInspector , Combofix and TheAvenger to manually remove this threat

No details can be given here , however , as the forum doesn't provide malware cleaning services . Additionally , you can try ESET SysRescue but I wouldn't recommend this now because it will take a lot of time to complete it.

If you are unsure how to use these utilities , I'd suggest you post in a forum that provides malware cleaning services and ask for help the appropriate experts . There are many such forums , though my faviourite is AumHa.

As I said , there is another option - use ESET SysRescue . One more - http://www.eset.eu/support/form

If you're still looking for a solution, I just wanted to share that GMER was able to remove this infestation on one of my client's PCs.

Here's my other post on the matter.

I tried everything and combofix worked for me. I had to rename it to get it to run. When it was finished I did have to reboot after it displayed the log
