please help virus attack Classified.exe

Can you please help us they encounter Classified.exe virus which currently spreading over the network

virus that spreads over the netwok. nod32 able to detect its autorun (inf/autorun.gen.trojan), but it can't detect the classified.exe folder and the classified virus disables the applications specially nod32 and other system like CMD and task manager, can't install application also such as sysinspector, reinstalling
nod32 and other executable files.


Last sat only one machine infected right now they are almost 20 machine , do you have some steps how we can stop or prevent this type of virus ?
