Default Nexstar MX housing prevents Booting of Recovery Disk

I am using TI home 2009. I have a "Vantec Nexstar MX" external drive housing which connects using either ESATA or USB. When it is connected through ESATA and powered up and I boot up into the Recovery Disk the program hangs up and will not finish loading. If the housing is connected through the USB I can boot up the recovery disk and it works fine. I inquired about this months ago with no solution provided. It seems as though it is a matter of TI drivers not working right. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Thanks

Hello catman915,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image Home 2009

Please provide us the serial number for Acronis True Image Home 2009 via PM so we could give you an ISO image of Acronis bootable disc based on different loader.

Best regards,
