Widespread Google outages and internet packet loss

Many people found Google's search site was extremely slow or inaccessible Thursday, and other reports pointed to troubles with other properties including YouTube, Gmail, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Google Docs, AdSense, and Blogger.

Haa, that explains it then I was having freak problems yesterday with gmail and sites using for example googleapi.com domain.

Yesterday May 15, I had the problem with the Google Translation of Wilders Forums (NO translation ), but in the evening it is back to normal.

Maybe it would be a good idea to put ALL Wilders Forums directly in French ( and perhaps in Latin? ... )

So what does it look like when 5% of the Internet disappears on an otherwise uneventful Thursday morning? The below graph shows average traffic across 10 tier1/2 ISPs in North America from Google’s network (ASN 15169). Outage began roughly at 10:15am and lasted through 12:15pm EDT.
