Default V4 Trial Problems/Questions

I'm considering a move from Symantec Corporate to NOD32 and have setup a trial in my office utilizing the server piece, as well as the remote administrator. Things are going pretty well, but have a few questions/comments

The problem is that via the Policy Editor, if I mark one of my folder exclusions to be deleted on the clients, it doesn’t stick. I can click the button that says mark for deletion, the status gets set to delete, but after clicking OK and going back to the policy, the delete status is not there anymore.

I have a few .dot files that are getting flagged for being a possible macro virus by the document protection module. I know for a fact that these dot files are not virii (I wrote them myself), and can’t figure out how to exclude them. The problem is that they aren’t located in ANY one particular folder. How can I enter an exclusion for this particular filename anywhere on the c:\ drive?

To exclude the .dot files from scanning, just add "C:\*.dot" as an exclusion and it will not scan any of them located on the C: drive.
