Default Snap Deploy 3 Vlans Deploy

I am having problems with Snap deploy 3 across vlans. I will explain my setup:

Server APPS2: with DHCP and license server.
APPS1: OS Deploy, PXE and Management console.

Both these servers are on a 10.84 Vlan.
The computers we want to image are on a 10.81 vlan.

We can boot target machines on the 10.81 vlan via the PXE server and they are viewable in the management console.
The problem occurs when we deploy our image. The image is on APPS2 and when we try to deploy, we get the following error messages:

Failed to start multicast session on fileserver
Failed to connect to file server
Unable to handle template for session 'session x’ (x is the session number)
Unable to change option 'TTL' on fileserver

Also I get 'Script error' in Scheduled Deployment Tasks and when trying to delete these I get:
Logged user has no access rights to OS Deploy Server

We have checked the permissions on both servers and have exactly the same rights on both.
We have also copied the image to Apps1 server and also another machine on 10.81 Vlan and neither worked.
