I installed Acronis True Image 10 on my laptop pc and created the rescue disc. After booting to it if I attempt to restore or backup, then I get error message as follows:
E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any hard disk drives. How can I resolve this problem? |

It is likely that the drivers on the TI10 rescue disk which is Linux do not match your hardware very well. Download the trial version of TI2009 and see if it sees the disks. Since the Trial rescue CD doesn't allow you to create an image, you will have to create one using the Windows version of either TI10 or the trial so the CD will have something to work with. However, you should be able to find out if it can at least see your drives even if there is no image to restore.
