Default Pardon my ignorance: settings for Avira?

Trying Avira Free...seems pretty nice so far. Was even able to disable the nag screen.

Tried searching here, but the results were...mixed. I have Vista x64, Defender, UAC, LUA, SAS.

What settings are recommended for Avira? I have everything at default except for heuristics, which is set to high. Didn't get any FP's with my first complete scan.

Here is a thread that covers Avira settings pretty well.
