Unhappy Echo Server BKP Problem with network shared folder

I try out this software in my firm, but I have found this serious problem:
I' ve configured default backup location on the backupserver to a network shared folder on another PC in my LAN.
I remotely backup a pc on the lan but acronis shows me this error on logs:

<event code="1001" id="10" level="4"
"Failed to open the storage server device/file bsp://192.168.0.6/\backupserver\BackupServer||\| for write: 262.145." module="1" time="1240828605" />

bkp on network shared folder isn't possible?

thanks in advance

Default Re: Echo Server BKP Problem with network shared folder

Hello endriu,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Corporate Products

Actually, the program wasn't designed to re-direct the archives from Acronis Backup Server to another location, you should store the archives to the same machine where Acronis Backup Server has been installed. Please see the article Using Batch Files in Acronis True Image, it will help you to set the desired functionality.

Thank you.
