Default WIndows 7 Microsoft's official requirements

Hi guys can you confirm if this is true?

To qualify for the Windows 7 Logo, software must adhere to the following standards:
Policies:
o Comply with Anti-Spyware Coalition Guidelines
o Do not modify Windows Resource Protections (WRP) protected resources
o Ensure ongoing quality

Technical Requirements:
o Clean, reversable installation
o Install to the correct folders by default
o Digitally sign files and drivers
o Support x64 version of Windows
o Do not block installation or application launch based on OS version check
o Follow User Account Control (UAC) Guidelines
o Adhere to Restart Manager Messages
o Do not load Services and Drivers in Safe Mode
o Support Multiuser Sessions

One of the most important maybe the part about all softwares will need support x64. Maybe Windows 7 the precursor for the X64 dissemination along the users ?

btw the support for 64bit is also a requirement for vista logo testing I think.
can someone point to vista logo testing requirements please?
I want to compare

I wish microsoft would make the major companies get logo testing for all there products.
I also wish microsoft would add "no unnessacary autostart entires and services"
looks at microsoft itself for its autoupodate for intelipoint and looks at third parties such as sunmicro systems for adding autostart entires for updates of java. task sechdular would do the same job and then wouldnt waste resourse. it only runs say once a week so why does it need to run all the time?
