Default Failed client handling

On our ERA Server we sometimes get a bunch of error messages like:
"Error: "CCServiceRoutine(HandleClient): Failed client handling, code: 22 ((servername/clientname/clientmac address),
connection 'client ip address:port')""

On the server there is no additional informatie (no threats or event messages) regarding the client.

We are running server version: 3.0.105.
The clients are using 3.0.672

When it happens it happens for a lot but not all of our clients.

Can anyone help me resolving the issue or pointing to the cuase of the error?

Regards,

Bert Klomp

Default Re: Failed client handling

Have you tried the database compact and repair option? Tools -> Server Options -> Server Maintenance.

Also, you can try manually deleting the clients that throw the error (all instances of them, if necessary) and letting them report back in to create new records.
