Default hijack this log

hi all sorry if this is the wrong forum i am new to this site...but i picked up a virus called reader_s.exe. it started shutting down programs and the internet and then my windows, so i tried to do a repair install with a friends disc but couldnt and did a full install,now there are drivers missing. i found the drivers for my wireless modem (using a program called astra32)and reinstalled them but the drivers have again gone also i am unable to install drivers for my audio media controller.below is a copy of my hijack this log. any help would be appreciated tia john

Hello John,

Wilders no longer analyzes hijack logs per this announcement. Please choose a forum in the link and an expert will help you.
