Transferring a Licence from an old PC to a new PC

I need to transfer NOD32 Antivirus from an old PC to a brand new PC.

Can I just uninstall and then reinstall on the new PC or do I have to "deactivate" the software on the old PC first

I couldn't find anything relating to this on the website, could anyone point me in the right direction

Just uninstall from the old PC and download the version you want to the new PC.
'Deactivation' is not necessary. Your username/password will still work.
