Nod32 and Win32/Injector.MM trojan

Please help me. nod32 can quarantine Win32/Injector.MM but can't clean virus make file (random number).scr and temp in content.ie5

I don't fully understand what you mean. First of all, install the latest version of EAV 4.0.417. Next create a log from SysInspector and check it for suspicious files, or convey it to ESET's customer care who will make a list of suspicious files for you. Finally, send these suspicious files in an archive protected with the password "infected" to samples[at]eset.com.
