Default video files

is there a free program that i can use to convert files like avi,mpeg,etc to dvd format so they can be used on home dvd players?i know theres nero 9 which does this but its not free,thanks

Give Avi2DVD a try. It supports Avi/Ogm/Mkv/Wmv formats.

The free stuff just wont cut it. If you want to do this a lot then better invest in some good app like ConvertXtoDVD.
