    How do I send a file of what is running on my pc. I downloaded the following after erasing my entire hard drive with a full reboot.
    SpyBot,ZoneAlam,SpyBlaster and today hijackthis1977. I saved the file as a notepad in hijackthis as it only offers choices of saving as a log file or all files.
    Please help!

    Hi Shelly,

    You don't actually need to "Attach:" the log file here, you can just open the log file with Notepad and copy/paste (select all the text with mouse, right-click - COPY) all the contents right from Notepad into the "Message:" box here (right-click in message box - PASTE) when you make a new post. It's a lot easier than trying to attach that file.

    First please put HijackThis in it's own folder so it is able to make backups.

    Iam not an expert but i know u can fix the following entries,

    I just did a scan using a new trojan program I purchased called ATShield and it found 5 trojans called: "PROBABLY TROJAN CLONE HYBRIS."
    3 of these are in documents and settings-2 under mine and my husbands names while the third is called "owner"...we don't know where this came from.
    The remaining 2 are in WINDOWS/system\32\config\systemprofile/L

    The alert that I have been getting is with ZONE ALARM...I keep on getting requests that various programs are asking to access the internet as a server such as tgcmd Module and other names I don't have right in front of me.
    I have become so suspicious anymore that I don't know what is real and what is not. All I can tell you is that my computer is not right and is running slower when searching the web. In any case I can not find any information on this latest trojan...even ATShield didn't have anything in their library of trojans. But at least it found them!
