    Opera & IE

The rest like K-Melon, Chrome, Iron, and Firefox 3.1 are all PORTABLES that i highly favor over installs.

I use mainly FireFox but must also have Internet Explorer in order to get on my medical/prescription site.

On some partitions I also have K-melon and Opera.

One only - IE8, but sometimes I have to download portable Firefox, because of problematic webpages.
Everyone, who does not use IE should have to instal latest version for security reasons.
Old IE's DLL and files can make 3rd party aplications vulnerable, even other browsers.

FF is my default browser, and IE7 exists for those moments when a page won't load on FF and I check it on IE to verify it's the page and not FF.

    I have IE6 installed and I haven't had a problem.
Upgrades/Updates are for programs that the user actually likes and uses.

    Iceweasel, Epiphany, Opera and Dillo!
Iceweasel everyday, Epiphany when on battery etc. :)
Epiphany, while basic, has some surprising simple features. It works and it's fast.
And Opera always has a place on my computer.

IE7 because Icannot uninstall it. i will update it to IE8 at some point due to security reasons. although rare some websites are still written for IE only... so sometimes it needs to be used.
    my main browser is Opera.

btw anyone find it funny that microsoft sites have to be put in compatibility mode list for IE8?

Is K-Meleon as fast updated as Firefox? Is there an "automatic update" function? o_O

Difficult to say. On Windows, usually 3, IE cause it's there, FF as primary, Opera as secondary, in some cases. On Linux, depending on distro, there can be one or five, but mostly 1-2. So the average is 2, but use just one 99.5543% of time.

USA still the best. But barely.
Wow I'm surprised more folks don't have 3 or more browsers installed.

    PCLOS - FF, Opera, Konq

    Vista64 - Opera, FF, IE7 (32&64)
