Webroot SecureAnyware .exe Picked Up As Virus Today

I hope this is in the correct place: Scanning today using the registered version of HitMan Pro it picked up the .exe of Webroot SecureAnyware as a virus. I assume this is a FP.

Which AV sig this belongs to I have no idea, but scanning with Malwarebytes & Trojan Remover showed no problems.

I have resolved the FP in our cloud. Currently we are updating the backend and the FP handling is a bit slower than normal at the moment. False positive resolving speed will improve in the coming days. Thank you for reporting!

As per Tarnaks post on Jan.25th re: Imapi.Helper.exe from Iso Recorder, this is still showing up as a FP to-day (the 28th)..
Has tested clean from various other Test sites and tools...
    Hopefully fixed soon....??

Hitman Pro 3.6 changed its directories and shortcuts, so I've re-installed it. Working great.

So I tried an EWS scan on my windows 7 64 bit laptop and a lot of False Positives came up. I cancelled the scanned and hit cancelled again and it exited out of Hitman pro. Could this have deleted those files that it detected? They all had ignore next to them and they were critical windows system files.

I didn't click next, I clicked cancel, and then cancel again and then it exited out of HMP.

What's strange? I'm just asking If I could've accidentally delete important system files with Hitman pro. The EWS listed important legit windows files, but I didn't click next. I cancelled the scan, and then just hit cancel again to exit out of hitman pro. Hitting cancel wouldn't delete the files that hitman pro listed correct?

You didn't delete those files, and by the way EWS is prone to give FP's due to the off-the-cloud approach used on that type of scan.

EWS is for advanced users only, and found files are on ignore by default.

Previously a full scan from Hitman Pro 3.6 64 bit would take around 2-3 minutes. In the last 2 days or so it has been taking 10 minutes plus.

What might be causing this to occur? There seems to be alot of hard disk activity too.

Just did full (default) scan with 3.6.0 Build 138 and it took 2 minutes and 24 seconds. Maybe something else going on with your machine.
