It was for sure Eset causing those and many more problems.

Sorry to hear that, but glad your luck has improved.. If I were to leave ESET though I would go with kaspersky

Per another thread in this forum it looks like my issues are related to conflicts with the Netware client, which I have installed on my Domain Controller which was locking up.

I switched the DC to Symantec ESS 11 and so far no problems at all. Awaiting the next build of 4.

Thanks for the reply. I fear that the fact we paid our bill a month ago will make it virtually impossible to get it back. I'm glad you were able to get things back to normal.

I have just moved from sophos to ESET with V4, and 2 of my 2003 servers also crashed. Have now unistalled. servers working okay.

Try 3.0.684 version

V4 is still kind of flaky..
