Default Restoring to SATA drive

After installing TI V11 Build 8053 I did a complete backup of my C drive which is a 500gb SATA drive to my D drive which is a 500gb SATA drive.

The backup completed sucessufully.

I then created a bootable rescue media which was sucessful.

I then booted from the rescue disc and got the following message:
"E000101F4: Acronis TrueImage Home has not found any hard disk drives."

How do I get the rescue media to recognize my SATA drives?

Thanks

I also have the same problem. What I do is reinstall the OS, then install True Image then restore it. You know, it's so complicated but it's the only way to restore and it's still better than reinstall a lot of softwares.
I do hope True Image can have a better solution for this problem.
Pardon my English.

If True Image Home does not recognize your hardware, then you need to contact Acronis Support via their Live Chat featre and they can give you a program with different drivers so your drives can be seen by True Image.

You can contact Live Suupport via the link below.
