After installing TI V11 Build 8053 I did a complete backup of my C drive which is a 500gb SATA drive to my D drive which is a 500gb SATA drive.
The backup completed sucessufully. I then created a bootable rescue media which was sucessful. I then booted from the rescue disc and got the following message: "E000101F4: Acronis TrueImage Home has not found any hard disk drives." How do I get the rescue media to recognize my SATA drives? Thanks |

I also have the same problem. What I do is reinstall the OS, then install True Image then restore it. You know, it's so complicated but it's the only way to restore and it's still better than reinstall a lot of softwares.
I do hope True Image can have a better solution for this problem. Pardon my English. |

If True Image Home does not recognize your hardware, then you need to contact Acronis Support via their Live Chat featre and they can give you a program with different drivers so your drives can be seen by True Image.
You can contact Live Suupport via the link below. http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/updates/
