Smile Rejection of serial number

Hello everybody,

This is my first post and I am not sure that I am in the right place. I bought my laptop in the USA last year and it came with 10 cd's of ESET Smart Security. My first year has run out but now when I try to activate the next CD I get a rejection notice. To date have had no response from ESET regarding this problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I get round this?

Yeap buy another license.

I mean what do you mean 10 CD's?

Are they all the same serial number and password?

Why the hell would a single laptop have 10 Cd's?
