Hi

I install NOD32 v4 in my pc

I have 2 questions about NOD32 new version settings :

1. What is different between Menu type of Context menu integration ?

2. in web browser settings we have 2 mode: Passive Mode & Active Mode
What is different between those? Which is better for browsers ?

Thanks

When clean option is the first, you will see "Clean with ESET Smart Security" in context menu at first and only scan option will be in "Advanced" card. When you choose only scan (or clean), the clean (or the scan) option won't be there.

If you enable active mode, files downloaded from the internet will be downloaded to temporary directory, where only antivirus will have availability to scan them. After download they are scanned and other application can work with them. In passive mode file is trickle-fed to application.
