Checksum Error not Corrected

According to ESET

Firewall

Fixed synchronization through ActiveSync while firewall is in Automatic Mode
Fixed Incorrect IP Packet checksum issue
Fixed issue with creating duplicate rules

However, I am running 3.0.650 and there is still a problem.
Anyone having issues with more recent versions? No use upgrading if there is still an issue. If there is a fixed version, could you post it here?
