Default With AyRecovery installed can you use HD health inspecting programs like HD Tune or

CrystalDiskInfo? Given that the snapshot apps protect (for a better word) sectors as opposed to actually copying files, if I understand this correctly, these type apps may find the protected sectors as some kind of problem. The reason I'm asking is last evening, after about two hours of non use my monitor would not wake from power saving mode. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard and thought it might be the batteries but they were apparently fine. It seemed like my HD was locked up or something. I finally just forced shutdown and rebooted and everything was normal. Although the PC is over four years old the tower is still quite as a mouse and I have never had any malware. Thank You!

I don't think there should be a conflict with that app as it seems to do everything in Windows. I did have a similar experience to what you described recently on a non-Rollback PC. I ran the sfc utility (sfc /scannow) and the problem hasn't happened since.

Nice app, by the way, I've just been playing around with it .
