I just gave it a try with Thunderbird 2.0.0.19 and no tags were added. ? I'm using the ESS v4 RC so my tests may not apply to the AV alone.

Just to make sure we're talking about the same thing, I look in my 'Sent' folder and see the following appended to the bottom of my sent email message:
Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 3865 (2009021 __________The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com |

Correct. No tag. I'm using the ESS v4 RC so my tests may not apply to the AV alone.

Ron, thanks for your help.
I sent an email to support with a Sysinspector log and a link to this thread. |

I believe I would send this error to betasupport @ eset.eu as well.

Yes. That's where I sent it.

If I don't integrate NOD32 into Thunderbird, the email tags work correctly.

You see that tag because you
Antivirus and Antispam Protection > Email Client Protection > Email Clients > Email To Scan> Read Email is on. Turn off it and you tag disappears. |

I still want tags on incoming email, just not sent email.

I still have not received an answer to this. I have
Antivirus and Antispam Protection > Email Client Protection > Email Clients > Email To Scan> Sent Email is blank yet a tag is added to outgoing email. |
