Default O&O defrag 2000

Does anyone know if this freeware defragger is any good? A friend of mine what's to get something better than MS defragger ( I don't see why, I like the MS xp defragger). She's looking for one that works with XP.

There is a v.good free command line defragger called dirms v.easy to use and can run in background as you work:-
