This type of question is pointless, especially if you don't provide any qualifiers that explain your particular needs and situation. Any time the question is asked "Which <insert product type here> is the best?", the answers given are typically whatever product the responder uses. And those are often posts with no more than "<product name> is the best.

Rather than asking such an open ended question, I suggest you read some existing threads in this section, as there are a great many of them that explore things like detection rates, scan depth & speed, resource usage, cost, compatibility with other products & OS versions, and so on.
