Exclamation Fatal Error, Can't boot any OS

Hey guys!!
I'm new in this stuff of posting problems but as I'm desesperated I tried.

Anyways, I installed Acronis Suite 10.0, because I have Windows XP SP3 and and Windows 7 but then I installed Windows XP SP3 again to solve some problems in the OS, and then I was unable to access to Windows 7. That's why I installed that dumb OS Selector and requires a restart, so I did. My Laptop turned on and the OS Selector started up there were two icons:
one said Floppy disk (a), which I don't have
and the other said unknown OS
When I clicked on boot it will say not compatible.
so... what can I do!!!!?
Please Help Me!!!

thx

Default Re: Fatal Error, Can't boot any OS

If you have the OSS programs included on your DD CD, boot to the DD CD, select OSS setup and uninstall OSS. After that, you should be able to repair your system by booting to the Windows 7 DVD and doing a boot repair.

If you can't uninstall OSS, you'll need to boot to the Vista DVD and just try the repair (it may take several times to fix everything).

OSS doesn't recognize Windows 7 so it's probably having a problem with getting XP recognized when it's using the Windows 7 boot manager.
