Application Filtering for ESET

Hello,
What do you think about "Application Filtering" module that Kaspersky AV has?
Is it a good idea to integrate that module into coming ESET versions, so blocking threats that have not signatures in the program's database and are not detectable by heuristic, will be very possible?
