Default Problem with second license

I have a bought and paid for 3 user / 2 year licsense. When I online enter the Box registration code, I get back (via email) login name and password.

There was no any problem to use this loginname and password on my first computer. But when I Enter same information on my second computer, an dialog appear that tell me the username and password not ar valid. Soo I can't download newst anti-virus database.

Please help me. This computer are out of protection.

things to check:

1. leading or trailing spaces - they are hard to see and break everything.
2. make sure you copy/paste - because both username and password are CASE sensitive.

Thank You very mutch. No there are no problem with leading/trailing spaces. I allready know that athenticated information are case sensitive. The problem are not that I have enter wrong information (so please can we skip this part). The problem is that my entred (correct) username and password not accepted on my second computer. The first computer are still ok. (The 3:th im even think about to install until alla problem are gone).

Note. I have no problem to Install ESET Smart Security. Problem only appears when update the anti-virus database (and / or program).

I will to day uninstall ESET and install F-Secure (still have som month left).

Thank You for all help.

Now my First Computer says that my license is outdated. Only 2 days after install (it should be 2 year, not 2 days). I think ESET is crap!

You could try Beta 4 on your other computers while you are waiting for support.

Usually, support can take from 24 to 48 hours with any software vendor. That has been my experience over time.

Did you buy from a reseller or an ESET site?

Don't expect a reply from any support from any company on a weekend.

what are you on about?? Our company (a reseller) - processes orders and mans the helpdesk 7 days a week. If we can do it (and we're a TINY company) - there is no reason that larger companies can not do it also.

I know that ESET has support staff in the USA 7 days a week also.
