Question Renew my license

I have a license for 3.x version.
My license will run out in 12 days. I want to renew my license but when I click the "renew" link, I'm being redirected to my local country web site.
I don't want to renew in this site (I live in Spain).
I have a couple of questions:

Can I renew my license in the US/official country web site?
The new license will be ok with the v.4?

Thanks in advance!

No

Make sure you select the renew option for cheaper prices

Yes, a license can be used for any version.
