not getting email with password

One of my customers purchased a 4 license pack for Nod32 AV. She got the receipt email but is not getting the license email.

Is there a company rep hanging out in here that could possibly send the email to me of fax the info to her? It was purchased by clicking through my website and ordering straight from Eset.

Any help out there?
