    hi,

how to exclude All *.XDB files from Real-time protection and scanning?

    i tried...

    Advance Setup > Exclusions > Add > C:\*.XDB

and also added D:\ , E:\ , and so on....

but still ESET Nod32 is scanning the files, why?

    Go into Advanced setup
    Go to Antivirus and Antisypware
Click on the "Threatsense Engine setup" button
Click on "Extensions" in the list on the left.

Type in the .XDB extension on the right and click "Add"

Any extensions listed in that box will not be scanned.

    See Screenshot
