Installing NOD32 v.2 while running Malwarebytes

NOD32 warns not to install it while running another antivirus program. I use Malwarebytes for malware and spyware. Will this cause a problem for NOD32? Another way of looking at this question: Is NOD32 redundant if I'm running Malwarebytes?
