Hello,
I'm running TrueImage 2009 (the latest version) on Vista Ultimate 32 bit. As soon as I start Acronis (or run it on schedule), it hangs and freezes the whole system. I have to restart my PC manually. This doesn't always happen, but about 90% of the time. What could be causing this? Thank you. |

Thank you for using Acronis True Image To resolve the issue please install two file: 1) Please download and install Acronis Scheduler, which is a special utility to update the scheduler service, the link is available here. Reboot the computer, re-create the task. 2) I have sent a file to you via PM, please install it and see if the issue remains. Thank you. -- Oleg Lee
