BlueSoleil Problem

I bought a new usb bluetooth dongle class II, and installed bluesoleil.
It installs successfully and detected my dongle as well, but the problem is it won´t turn it on
What´s the problem??

Well, if you've already purchased/activated from BlueSoleil, I'd use the vendor Support mechanism that you've paid for.

may be this is the problem:
The bluetooth dongle was delivered with widcomm bluetooth software. they work perfect together. I managed to install bluesoleil.
The first time i restarted windows, Bluesoleil detects the BT dongle and i connected to sucessfully. but at further restarts, it won´t anymore. unistalled, reinstalled. The same thing happens...
any idea??
