Default "Secured" IE7

For a number of different reasons, I'm going back to using Internet Explorer 7 on my Vista 64 machine. As add-ons don't work in the 64 bit version, using the 32 bit version.

So, I'm trying to secure this puppy without removing all functionality. Here's what I've done:

Internet Zone: High
Trusted Sites: Medium-High
Trusted Sites: Enable Protected Mode

Disabled all saving of passwords and forms

Privacy Tab -
Override Automatic Cookie Handling; Prompt for both types, allow session cookies

Advanced Tab
Enabled "Always show encoded addresses"
Disabled "Play sounds in webpages"
Disabled "Play animations in webpages"
Enabled "Always use ClearType for HTML"
Enabled "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
Enabled "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks"

I'm adding sites I "trust" to the Trusted Sites list as I go.

Is there anything beyond that anyone would recommend to provide decent security to IE (short of locking everything down)?

HauteSecure will be a good choice.

IE7Pro addon, it blocks flash and ADs, which could contain malware. You could also try OpenDNS blocking domains like porno, which helps as well.
